Terms of Service for the Echo AI Voice Generator App

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.aivoicegen.app and the Echo – AI Voice Generator app published by Rocket Digital Ltd. By using the site or the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Echo AI Voice Generator app

Echo is an iPhone and iPad app that turns text into speech, clones your own voice from a recording, designs a voice from a description, changes recordings into character voices, and creates AI song covers. The website describes the product and links to official store listings. It is not a substitute for the app itself.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App Store in your country and able to enter a contract. If you use Echo for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

3. Accounts and purchases

Sign-in is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for the credentials you use (Apple, Google or email). Subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Lifetime) and other in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Restore purchases from the app. Store pricing is shown in the App Store listing at apps.apple.com.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Echo as provided through the App Store, subject to these Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We retain all rights in the app, branding and models.

5. Your content and voice

You keep rights in the text, recordings and songs you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that material solely to provide the feature you requested (speech, cloning, voice change or remix). You represent that you have the right to use that material.

Clone only your own voice. Do not impersonate another person. Do not upload songs or recordings you do not have permission to use. Echo is not a license to third-party music, trademarks or publicity rights.

6. Acceptable use of this AI Voice Generator app

You agree not to:

• use Echo to impersonate, defraud, harass or exploit anyone
• generate content that is illegal, including child sexual abuse material
• attempt to clone a voice without that person’s consent
• reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service except as allowed by law
• misrepresent AI-generated speech as a live human recording when that would deceive

7. Free plan and PRO

The free plan includes 28 standard voices, 5 generations per day, 500 characters per generation, and English, French, Hindi and Italian, with one rewarded ad per generation. PRO unlocks all voices and languages, 5,000 characters per generation, voice cloning, Voice Design, Voice Changer, Remix, and no ads, subject to a fair-use daily character cap. Features can change as we update the app.

8. No professional advice

Audio from Echo is a creative tool. It is not legal, medical, accessibility or professional advice. For accessibility needs, also consider the built-in speech options described by Apple Accessibility.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site and generation services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Generation quality depends on network conditions, device capability and the text or audio you provide. Voices are natural-sounding, not a claim of being indistinguishable from a specific human.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and app are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from generated audio, third-party stores, or your misuse of a cloned voice. Our total liability for claims relating to the site or app is limited to the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us for Echo in the 12 months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited.

11. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Rocket Digital Ltd, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of a failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app. Apple is not responsible for product claims, legal or regulatory compliance related to Echo, or claims that Echo infringes third-party rights, except as required by the App Store terms. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using Echo and delete the app at any time.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rocket Digital Ltd, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
